Reservations may be made directly with Yoshi Crest Homestay via phone or WhatsApp, or through our authorised booking partners, including Booking.com and Agoda.

Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are considered confirmed only after an official confirmation has been issued by Yoshi Crest Homestay (for direct reservations) or by the respective booking platform through which the reservation was made.

For direct reservations, confirmation may be provided via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Reservations made through Booking.com, Agoda, or any other authorised booking partner are confirmed according to the confirmation procedures of the respective platform.

Guests are responsible for reviewing their confirmation details and ensuring that all reservation information provided is accurate and complete.

Accommodation Payments

Accommodation payment methods depend on the reservation channel used.

• Direct Reservations: Unless otherwise communicated, accommodation payments are made at the property during check-in or check-out.

• Booking.com & Agoda Reservations: Payment methods, collection procedures, and applicable charges are governed by the booking platform used to complete the reservation.

Accommodation charges may vary depending on the selected room, number of guests, length of stay, seasonal pricing, or any additional services requested.

Occupancy & Additional Guests

Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit.

Guests are responsible for accurately declaring the total number of occupants during the reservation process.

Additional guests may be accommodated only with prior approval from Yoshi Crest Homestay and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests are encouraged to contact us before arrival if additional occupants are expected.

Guest Identification

All adult guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification during check-in in accordance with applicable laws and property requirements.

Accepted identification may include:

• Aadhaar Card

• Passport

• Driving Licence

• Voter ID

• Any other valid government-issued photo identification

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Website Offers & Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes published on the Yoshi Crest Homestay website may be used for eligible reservations made directly with us, as well as through our authorised booking partners, including Booking.com and Agoda.

If an offer is limited to a particular booking platform, reservation method, room type, travel period, or promotional campaign, these conditions will be clearly specified with the respective offer.

Wine Purchases

Yoshi Crest Vintéra wines are available for purchase at the property, subject to availability.

Customers wishing to purchase wines after their stay may contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp.

Payment and delivery arrangements will be communicated before processing the order.

Wine delivery is currently available only within Karnataka and remains subject to applicable laws, service availability, and delivery feasibility.

Nursery Purchases

Plants and flowers from the Yoshi Crest Nursery are available for purchase exclusively by guests staying at Yoshi Crest Homestay.

Nursery products are available only at the property and are not offered through regular online ordering or shipping.

Where reasonably possible, guests may request courier assistance after purchase, subject to availability and applicable delivery arrangements.

Reservation Rights

Yoshi Crest Homestay reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel a reservation where inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, misuse of the reservation system, violation of property policies, or other reasonable operational concerns are identified.

Third-Party Reservations

Reservations made through Booking.com, Agoda, or any other authorised booking partner remain subject to the policies, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and reservation procedures of the respective platform.

Where any information on this website differs from the terms displayed on the booking platform used to complete the reservation, the policies of the respective booking platform shall prevail.
