Check-In: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior approval.

Guest Identification

All adult guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification during check-in, in accordance with applicable laws.

 

Occupancy & Visitors

Each accommodation is intended for its designated occupancy.

Additional guests or visitors must receive prior approval from Yoshi Crest Homestay and may be subject to additional charges.

Alcohol Policy

Guests are welcome to enjoy wines purchased from Yoshi Crest Vintéra during their stay.

Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless you have contacted us in advance and received prior approval from Yoshi Crest Homestay.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Guests are requested to dispose of cigarette waste responsibly and help maintain a clean environment.

Pets

Pets are warmly welcome at Yoshi Crest Homestay.

Pet owners are kindly requested to supervise their pets, ensure they do not disturb other guests, and clean up after them. Any significant damage caused by pets may result in applicable repair or replacement charges.

Property Care

Guests are requested to treat the accommodation, furnishings, amenities, and shared spaces with care and respect.

Any significant damage caused intentionally or through negligence may result in recovery of reasonable repair or replacement costs.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, neighbours, property staff, and the surrounding environment.

Any behaviour that causes excessive disturbance, inconvenience, or discomfort to others should be avoided.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, violence, harassment, dangerous behaviour, possession of prohibited substances, or any activity that compromises the safety or security of guests, staff, neighbours, or the property is strictly prohibited.

Celebrations & Gatherings

Guests are welcome to celebrate special occasions responsibly. We kindly request that celebrations do not create excessive noise or disturb other guests or neighbouring properties.

Quiet Hours

Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly during the evening and night, by avoiding excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behaviour.

Safety

Children should remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

Guests are requested to report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or emergencies to our team as soon as possible.

Respect for Nature

Yoshi Crest is surrounded by nature. We kindly encourage guests to help preserve the environment by avoiding littering, using resources responsibly, and respecting the local wildlife and plantation surroundings.
